Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to D&S CraftNest (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, creating an account, browsing our handcrafted collections, or purchasing any artisanal creation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our associated studio policies.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or placing orders. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior individual notice.

2. Handcrafted Creations & Natural Variations

Every piece showcased in our catalog is individually handcrafted with devotion. Because of the artisanal process:

• Unique Characteristics: Subtle variations in color hues, petal shapes, wax marbling, or stitch tightness are natural hallmarks of authentic handmade crafts, not defects.
• Botanical Waxes: Our artisanal candles use natural waxes that may exhibit slight frosting or texture variations due to temperature changes during transit.
• Photography & Display: We endeavor to display product imagery as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may slightly differ depending on your screen settings and natural lighting.

3. Pricing, Offers & Festive Discounts

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (&inr;) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to amend pricing, catalog offerings, and promotional campaigns at our sole discretion.

4. Orders, Payments & COD Policy

We accept secure online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for select destinations.

• Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed upon receipt of online payment or initial verification for COD requests.
• COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may verify the delivery address or phone number prior to dispatch.
• Payment Safety: We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI MPIN on our servers. All digital transactions are processed through RBI-compliant, 128-bit SSL encrypted gateways.

5. Packaging & Delivery Terms

Every artisanal order is cushioned with protective, eco-conscious packaging to ensure delicate candles and handmade crafts reach you in pristine condition.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared, checked, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
• Serviceable Areas: Delivery is fulfilled through reputable courier partners and is subject to serviceability in your designated pin code. If your delivery address is outside courier coverage, our support team will notify you promptly.
• Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking information is available inside your My Orders dashboard.

6. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

Because our artisanal treasures are individually handmade, we do not accept general change-of-mind returns. However, we take utmost responsibility for safe transit:

• Damage During Transit: If your order arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with an unboxing video or photographs. We will send a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund.
• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to shipping from your Orders page or by contacting our team. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

7. Candle & Handcraft Care Instructions

For your safety and optimal enjoyment of our botanical candles and artisanal creations:

• Always trim the candle wick to 1/4 inch before each burn.
• Place sculptural and novelty candles on a heat-resistant tray or catch-dish before lighting.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of pets and small children.
• Keep handcrafted crochet designs away from direct heat and damp environments.
